CATHRINE LYNNERUP founded Pontomos in 2012. Her best talent is being able to listen to your values and goals and then quickly and creatively utilize her well-developed tool set to build a structure that fits you and maps your passageway to arrive at your target destination. Her work has primarily revolved around strategic planning, organizational development, and transformational leadership. Prior to founding Pontomos she spent 3 years as an implementation consultant focused on aligning many stakeholders with widely differing viewpoints to implement complex operations and strategic changes.

Cathrine first completed her BSc in social sciences at Aalborg University and then earned her Masters Degree in e-business from the IT University in Copenhagen, Denmark. She serves as a long term mentor and has served on the Board at the Midwest Danish American Chamber of Commerce for over 5 years. She is a Scuba dive master with close to 300 dives logged worldwide.
